Hi Family and friends,
Here I am on the first day of the 100 day heart challenge. It was so exciting to be chosen to be a part of this group. I am learning how to exercise from my wonderful trainer Kelsey and how to eat more nutritious meals from super Mindy. The first two weeks are over and the third is just about done. I've found myself wanting to exercise and feeling a lot better for doing so. I'd already changed a lot of bad eating habits into good but I'm still learning a lot about food and how it all works.
I thought I'd give you each a couple of challenges that you may want to chose from to try and improve your health. 1. Try water whenever you want that soda. Just cut out a third or half to start with and see how much better you feel. 2. Make Veggies and fruit the main attraction on your plate and you'll soon look forward to them.
